If you are subject to the accumulator then call MyWay and tell them that. You should also call your PBM and your insurance company and ask them if your plan has a “copay accumulator” (that’s the things plans are doing to keep us the patients from satisfying our deductible on patient assistance funds like MyWay. Lady there tells me that because my insurance changed this (many insurance plans did ) that they have split the copay card into two things: one is a small dollar copay card (same one we had before) and new one is a "virtual debit card" that Dupixent sent me while i was on the phone with her They transfer me to McKesson RxCrossroads who manages the card on Dupixent's behalf. They tell me that my new card needs to be activated and is in pending status To help others here who received similar letter from Dupixent myway Only actual patient pay goes towards deductible.but there's a clever way around this that Dupixent (Sanofi) has implented. My insurer (largest in mid-atlantic) and their pharmacy benefit manager (CVS Caremark) have instituted a copay accumulator - which as others have posted here means that the old Dupxient myway copay card does not go towards my deductible.
